These are the 10 habits I try to follow daily:

1. Optimism above all:

Why it matters: Optimism is the driving force behind perseverance in life, the attraction of like-minded people, and perceiving setbacks as learning experiences. It’s not just a state of mind, but a career catalyst.

2. Write daily:

Why it matters: Journaling helps you discover your passions, goals, and purpose. Writing is not only for authors; it is an effective tool for self-discovery and professional development.

3. Prioritize Well-Being:

Why it matters: Mind (mediate), body (work out), and spirit (meaningful relationships; rest) are fundamental to peak performance. Taking care of yourself will enhance your career and personal life.

4. Pay it forward:

Why it matters: Good acts breed more good, which in turn boosts your well-being and creates a support system. Generousness is an investment in careers.
